Hi!
I don't know if any av-product could do that, but in that case, it's up to
the av-product and no longer the job for qmail-scanner.

qmail-scanner only invokes the av-program to scan the files that
qmail-scanner previously unpacked... If the av-program reports that it found
a virus, qmail-scanner stops the message, if the files are clean, the
message gets passed on.
