It would be really helpful if you provided details as to what you tried and
what failed. Did you go to:
    Data Source Manager > Vector > Directory
        Type:     OpenFileDGB
        Vector Dataset(s): <select a directory with a .gdb extension>

And if you followed those steps, what error did you get?
