Dear all I need to remove-erase-delete all the pixels inside a Shp file within a DEM, leaving the region, lakes in this case, with zero pixels. It is the opposite to tools like clipper or similar ones since I need to leave the Shp empty, not to crop apart its raster content. Otherwise, the morphotectonic gradients extracted from the river network becomes crazy
