I have recently installed QGIS-LTR on my computer. I have also installed the
“Spanish Inspire Catastral Downloader” add-on. I follow the instructions to
download the “cadastre” data, but a loading wheel does not rotate and the
percentage downloaded indicator remains at zero. Have you had this problem
before? It seems that it is not able to connect.

Anyway, I've installed right now the plugin (version 2.1) in QGIS LTR
3.34.12 on Windows 10 and I've succesfully downloaded cadastral parcels
data for Ceuta and Begur cities.
