Hi, I have recently installed QGIS-LTR on my computer. I have also installed the “Spanish Inspire Catastral Downloader” add-on. I follow the instructions to download the “cadastre” data, but a loading wheel does not rotate and the percentage downloaded indicator remains at zero. Have you had this problem before? It seems that it is not able to connect.
