Thanks William for this 'thankless' task. The community really
appreciates all of your efforts to help Mac users experience the power
of QGIS.
Happy holidays William.

I have updarted my alternate Mac QGIS package. So far, QGIS 3.16.2 is done.
I'll get to 3.10.13 when I can.
The big changes for 3.16 include: (I will not include these in 3.10.13)
- bump macOS minimum to 10.13 High Sierra
- Qt 5.15. I will carry this through for the life of QGIS 3.16. This should
support macOS through Catalina and possibly Big Sur via Rosetta 2.
- GDAL 3.2
- PROJ 7.2
- I patched a few things to allow fully automatic paths for internal GRASS (app
path already is, but doc path has a setting) and OTB, and external GDAL and
Python frameworks.
I will work this patch into 3.10.13 so it plays nice with with 3.16
(preferences are shared between all 3.x versions and setting a path for 3.10
will break the automatic paths for 3.16).

Theory of the Universe
There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the
universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced
by something even more bizarrely inexplicable. There is another theory which
states that this has already happened.
