I have updarted my alternate Mac QGIS package. So far, QGIS 3.16.2 is done. I'll get to 3.10.13 when I can.
The big changes for 3.16 include: (I will not include these in 3.10.13) - bump macOS minimum to 10.13 High Sierra - Qt 5.15. I will carry this through for the life of QGIS 3.16. This should support macOS through Catalina and possibly Big Sur via Rosetta 2. - GDAL 3.2 - PROJ 7.2 - I patched a few things to allow fully automatic paths for internal GRASS (app path already is, but doc path has a setting) and OTB, and external GDAL and Python frameworks.
