Hello: I'm a complete newbie. When I launch QGIS, the interface doesn't look like the ones I see in the help files. My interface has two windows. The map canvas is one, and the layers window is the other. The functionality of the buttons is not parallel, either.
Is there another user guide with the two-window interface? Or is there a way to join the two windows? Thanks.
