The current windows install sets the
.qgis/python/plugind directory under
C:/Documents and Settings/username
which results on general plugin failure in the case "username" has non-ascii
characters, i.e.
'C:/Documents and Settings/Mauro RodrÃguez Rey/.qgis//python'
Is it possible to optionally set the .qgis directory to another
place to avoid this problem?
(does anybody know if this problem has been reported as a ticket? I've searched
and could not find it, but it's not easy to search for an appropriate keyword in
this case).
Thanks
Agus
