I understand asking for donations to help in keeping a plugin up to date, but I have downloaded a plugin that after either a certain time or a certain number of mouse clicks, I now get a popup with every single mouse click that asks for a donation. That seems to defeat the purpose of open source. Highly annoying. I can't even fully evaluate the plugin for my needs.
