Resubmitting this patch without an avocado test since it takes too long. A big part of the boot time is just due to the design of the Facebook OpenBMC machines, but it might improve in the future, and I'll consider resubmitting the acceptance test at that time.
I added a link to the releases page and an example of booting the image in the commit message, since it's no longer included in the test.
