Almost all QOM type names consist only of letters, digits, '-', '_',
and '.'.  Just two contain ':': "qemu:memory-region" and
"qemu:iommu-memory-region".  Neither can be plugged with -object.
Rename them to "memory-region" and "iommu-memory-region".
