From: Liu Jingqi <jingqi....@intel.com> Add -numa hmat-lb option to provide System Locality Latency and Bandwidth Information. These memory attributes help to build System Locality Latency and Bandwidth Information Structure(s) in ACPI Heterogeneous Memory Attribute Table (HMAT).
