This patch follows on from the m48t59 patchset previously posted and switches sun4u NVRAM access from ioport to MMIO.
Note that this also requires a corresponding OpenBIOS update and so when submitted as part of a pull request, the openbios-sparc64 binary will also be updated in order to preserve bisectability.
