Hi all, here is an update to the megasas emulation. It adds a new emulation type (called 'megasas-gen2'), which emulates a newer (PCIe-based) version of the MegaRAID HBA. As this hardware does MSI-X I've also fixed up MSI-X support for the megasas emulation. With these patches Win7 and Linux boot happily with MSI-X.
Upon request from Paolo I've pulled the unrelated fixes which were present in the original submission. Those fixes will be send separately.
