This small patch series is extracted from localhost migration series that Paolo reviewed positively, send it separately as his request.
It fixs wrong initialization in RDMA hook ram_control_load_hook() and gets rid of the negative check for qemu_file_rate_limit() with bytes_transferred and return value adjusted correspondingly in ram_save_iterate.
