Hi! I'm resending here the patches previously posted and described in the thread starting at <http://news.gmane.org/find-root.php?message_id=%3C87txmwoyqc.fsf%40schwinge.name%3E>. In short, fix a bug in util/envlist, code simplification, and then restore the original behavior of the -E and -U command-line options.
