Hi, These are the remaining header cleanups that didn't enter the tree yet. They should help breaking some circular header dependencies involving qemu-common.h.
Basically they were reordered by Igor to keep the tree bisectable, and some changes were made on the qga/channel-posix.c patch to eliminate the qemu-common.h dependency.
