It's not clear to me that we actually have consensus on what goes in hw/arm/ and what doesn't. I'd like to (a) have a clear and agreed layout of what devices live where and (b) have all the ARM devices moved from one makefile to another in one lump, which is why I didn't want just this RTC device in hw/Makefile.objs. -- PMM
