   bridge or when MByteSwap = 1 (little-endian mode).
- Removes gt64120_update_pci_cfgdata_mapping(), moving data_mem initialization
   to gt64120_realize()
- Removes unused pci_host_data_be_ops and a misleading comment in dino.h.
