DSA is an Intel feature/device, and it only makes sense on x86. I
mean, dsa.c already implies that it is a x86 specific feature. So I
guess keeping it in the dsa.c is a better option?

It all depends on the implementation of "other accelerators". I am OK
with this change if you believe that is better.

That is used for pass a strList in the QEMU CLI. Without this change,
I cannot do:
migrate_set_parameter dsa-accel-path /dev/dsa/wq0.1 /dev/dsa/wq0.1
and it will complain.
