An additionl to my previous post: I tried to install openSUSE X86_64 with -no-kqemu. This time it went ok until the step that installs grub to prpare the disk for first boot. AFAIK this problem was also reported some time ago.
Is there any way I can help here, for example creating dumps, traces that give additional information on top what was alraedy posted some time ago.
