Well it's not ethical to force someone to work against their wishes either. And many would say it's not ethical to demand someone to license their own work in a way they don't agree with. So if _you_ don't agree with the Accelerator license, the ethical thing for you to do, Karlos, is to write your own version of the Accelerator and make it available with whatever license you think is best.
