TASK DESCRIPTION interwiki.py with `-ignorefile` option leads to AttributeError. `InterwikiBotConfig.ignore` is a list but an update method is used to add pages from `TextIOPageGenerator`. This bug was introduced with rPWBC7f93cc0b <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rPWBC7f93cc0b5ee7add6a38308e61fd7923b6cadc41d> in Pywikibot 3.0.20200508. Seems this option was nevere used for 6 years.
