The suggested use case of using self-supported virtual environments is completely valid. It seems to constructive to block at least some needed uses on another. The concern of not working ports' py31{2-...} packages is valid as well, but can be worked around by blocking and complaining the setting of the python default version to anything that cannot be handled by ports ATM.
