Chimpanzees do not use language in the same way that humans do, and in any case, it's pretty ridiculous to talk of the 'Human language' in anything other than a fantasy roleplaying game. It's more comparable to call Py2 "scientific English"and Py3 "medical English". There are differences (what's a calorie?), but for the most part, they are the same language.
