iirc - once red the notification server does not send out additional
emails - until green again. But this may have been a previous setup.

In any case, I do check my mail at least once a day - to be responsive.
And, regardless of which bot it is - I then go look at both to see if
both failed in the same way. When only one fails (or both have a
warning, but different warnings) I do not take immediate action - but
wait for the next test.

This I understand - I have several mail filters setup to filter away the
build-bot notifications I am not interested in - and they have been
many! Sometimes over 70 a day.

If my server was not so old (and slow) I would offer it's availability
for CI. In short, I do not discuss it (just wish I could).
