That only solves the problem for Python.org. It does not solve the problem for 
everyone else that has to write "This product includes software developed by 
the OpenSSL Project for use in the OpenSSL Toolkit. (http://www.openssl.org/) 
This product includes cryptographic software written by Eric Young 
(e...@cryptsoft.com)" in advertisement that mentions features.

The license clearly states: "All advertising materials mentioning features or 
use of this software". Do you somehow disagree that base64 is a feature of the 
OpenSSL library?
