Terry J. Reedy added the comment: After running the code, I want to stick with details in the same window. The tab should be a Frame with a PanedWindow on top with list frame on left and detail frame on right. The buttons would be under the paned window. Run Lib/turtledemo/__main__.py either from IDLE or with 'python -m turtledemo' to see an example.
