Georg Brandl added the comment: Mark, I already gave a reason, which was apparently not good enough for you. Nobody told you to go away from the tracker, but it's not constructive to ask for reasons why a particular patch is accepted or rejected, by the release manager no less, if you're not the original author. (Except if you want to discuss policy, in which case the tracker is the wrong place to do it.)
