mitya57 and I have been working on getting pyqt5 build ready. At the moment, mitya is slightly ahead at packaging pyqt5 for ubuntu/debian. If you browse the archives, you will notice that initial release of PyQt5 does not contain new modules, e.g. QtQuick.
