Hi Phil,

First we will install Qt/MinGW and then your installer ? And we have to do this 
for every machine we want our code to run, correct ?

Ps: Just of curiosity: Why is that change ?

I will release PyQt v4.4 later today, with a new installer.

The new installer will no longer be an "include all you need" package. You 
will also need to install the Qt/MinGW installer from Trolltech.
