Hi, on Debian, we got a bug report which looks like the bug reported here as well: http://sourceforge.net/p/pymol/bugs/130/
Unfortunately, there has been no discussion of this bug so far. There seems to be some race condition for scripts, does anybody a work-around, and/or fix for this? Or is this a platform-dependent (or even Debian/Ubuntu dependent) issue?
