Hi, Can I set the transparency level on residue basis? I should, shouldn't I?
If I do >set cartoon_transparency, 0, chain a Setting: cartoon_transparency set for 1100 atoms in object "3sw1". it seems that pymol sets something(at least this is what the prompt says) but nothing changes visually.
