means, my Pymol Knowledge is not so high to understand the solution you give

When this happens I usually run the ray command and save the image from a
script.

I am writing with regard to a problem I am having with my Pymol Student
License. I need to make a photo of my protein molecule to my thesis, but when I
use the command "ray" it begins to process the image and a few seconds
after Pymol crashes. I know that my license is only a student license, but I
will be very grateful if you could help me with my problem. I use Pymol version
1.3 and Windows 7 64 bits Professional with the last updates.
