Buz, > Is there a way that I can make MacPymol aware of these modules?
Yes, simply rename MacPyMOL to PyMOLX11Hybrid (or from the command-line: mv MacPyMOL.app PyMOLX11Hybrid.app) and relaunch. Note that MacPyMOL uses the system-provided Python interpreter, so you'll need to install external modules there in order for them to work. Generally speaking, we haven't heard many complaints about Leopard, but we do know that one problem with the initial Leopard release, which affected screen updates with stereo 3D, was fixed by Apple in the 10.5.1 update. So if others are experiencing problems with Leopard, please speak up -- we need to hear from you!
