[PyMOL] Detect multiple CPUs in PyMol

Hi,

We have a new powerful workstations with 8 dual AMD Opteron Processors. When running PyMol, it 
doesn't show any CPU information. Our old machine has a dual processor and Pymol shows this 
information when it starts. When doing the rendering test, the speed doesn't show significant 
improvement.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
