Scott's right,

        Ray traced labels are currently not worth the trouble it takes
to create them.  If you really need it, the "representations" demo does
this, and you can find the code in modules/pymol/wizard/demo.py in the
latest release (0.88).

        But my recommendation is to do exactly what Scott suggests --
drop labels in afterwards using PowerPoint, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

Hi,

Open the png file in photoshop or illustrator and add them. I don't 
think PyMol can add ray traced labels yet.
