Hello -- I am new to PyMOL and am curious to know where the source is for the "Demo" option on the main menu -- I would like to read through it to learn by example how various things are done. I've searched through the various .py files but haven't fully figured out their dependencies yet.
I'm specifically interested in Demo item 4, the electrostatic potential mapped surface. Am I correct that PyMOL does not do these calculations, but will import and show GRASP surfaces? I'm trying to decide whether to spring for a GRASP license.. Thanks, Roger Alexander Georgia Tech Department of Biology
