We have just finished making an animation of SRP S-domain assembly (based
on stuctures we recently determined) with the Yale Morph Server and PyMOL.
Since other users who are new to making movies with PyMOL (just like I
was up to month ago) might be interested in looking at the script we used
to combine the various assembly steps as yet another example, I attach the
