Not where I work (in Portland). Most of the new Web development is being done in Python/Pylons, our intranet runs Plone, and we're also writing a bunch of ETL tools in Python. The Pylons apps and the ETL tools share an enterprise model based on SQLAlchemy. Also, we're migrating a lot of stuff from Subversion to Mercurial.
