Besides beeing helpful in areas of HTML and CSS Pylons would come with "easy-to-use XML batteries included" if we include/enable lxml (at least as one supported option). Thats not unique for lxml - some of the other packages in dicussion will provide this as well. I just want to point out that we shouldn't restrict our focus on "what package would help most in the HTML/CSS area"... What I want to say is: we should take a package which is also helpful in the general XML arena as well.
