Many thanks Gilberto for give me a hand, and yes, inclusive from my
workstation, i am using the virtual console on the "iDRAC7 Enterprise" for
manage the OS installed on the host.
Anybody have some other idea? ... i believe that i should to make some changes
in the kernel, so the help should come of someone that know very well the
kernel of Red Hat.

- Firmwares of the Server are with the latest version.
- If I enable a "blacklist power_meter" for the Kernel, i only can reduce
all errors that say "ACPI Error" in the log file.
Can anybody tell me what's going on?, and i should do for amend these
errors?
