Hi Mamta, Are you using the learning puppet VM (I assume so because of the domain name)? That comes with Puppet Enterprise installed, which uses different paths and service names.
In PE, the master and console run under the pe-httpd service, and the agent runs under pe-puppet. Are you able to run the following commands? If not, please copy/paste the error text. /sbin/service pe-httpd start /sbin/service pe-puppet start If you are not using the learning puppet VM, and are not using Puppet Enterprise, the above instructions will not apply, and we will need more information about how you installed dashboard to troubleshoot further.
