Mamta, Nodes go 'Unresponsive' in the Puppet Dashboard/Enterprise Console when they haven't submitted a report to the Puppet master in a timely manner. Are you able to get on one of your agents and perform a Puppet run with `puppet agent -t`? Does the Puppet run complete successfully or throw an error? If it completes successfully, does the dashboard status update?
