Hey Jeff, You can check out the release notes here: http://projects.puppetlabs.com/projects/puppet/wiki/Release_Notes . They're not split out by platform but rather Puppet version. Some of the Windows improvements I was thinking of, particularly around the package provider, are actually in the 2.7.19 RC, which, with any luck, will go final next week. However, as Adam points out, Windows XP isn't a supported platform, so your results may vary...
