Interesting idea with alternatives; I'll give that some thought. I seem to 
remember that sometimes the depsolving doesn't always do the right thing, 
but maybe that is indeed the most future-proof solution.

Like you mentioned, I too would like to hear more from Puppet Labs' staff 
on where they see the Module culture going.
