I just grabbed puppet 2.6, and I'm wondering if there's a way to install it to an alternative root location. The docs at http://docs.puppetlabs.com/guides/installation.html talk about how to set an alternate binary path etc, but nothing about specifying an alternative root location for all of it. I know this is probably a ruby question.
I want to be able to wrap this in an rpmbuild process, which means specifying a different root install location, you know, for those that have to install this on a production system.
