Situation: I have a new puppet install that I'm learning how to use.
Puppetmasterd runs fine when there are no explicitly defined
puppetmasterd directives in any conf file. I am trying to use a
puppetmasterd.conf, however, and tweak some settings. I generated my
puppetmasterd.conf file with --genconfig, of course. In trying to use
this file, I get an error before I've even changed a single setting!
What have I done wrong?
[r...@dcpuppet01 puppet]# /etc/init.d/puppetmaster start
Starting puppetmaster: undefined local variable or method `detail' for
#<Puppet::SSLCertificates::CA:0xb79cfdbc>
[FAILED]
