There is also a spec file inside the puppet tarball, which should contain
the latest spec file.
there is also an rpm is epel testing (e.g.
ftp://ftp.uni-koeln.de/mirrors/fedora/epel/testing/)

If you want, I've made an rpm for myself, I can push it around...
